Product Sizing and Selection

Choosing the right size for a knee support sleeve or the correct density for a foam roller is essential for effectiveness. We provide detailed size guides on each product page so you can match your measurements to the correct specification before ordering.

If you are between sizes for a support sleeve, we generally recommend choosing the smaller size for a firmer compression fit or the larger size for all-day comfort. The same principle applies to massage balls and peanut massage ball density — a firmer surface delivers more targeted pressure, while a softer option is better suited to beginners learning foam rolling exercises.

For stretching equipment such as resistance bands and fitness bands, the tension level matters more than physical dimensions. Light-tension bands suit mobility tools for seniors and stretching for beginners, while heavier tensions support strength maintenance and post workout recovery routines.

Material Safety and Care

Our products are manufactured using non-toxic materials, including latex-free options for those with sensitivities. Each product page lists the specific material composition so you can check for compatibility before purchasing.

To clean your gear, simply wipe it down with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid using harsh chemicals, which can break down the integrity of the foam or rubber over time. This applies to foam rollers, yoga mats, pilates mats, and back support cushion covers alike.

Allow everything to air dry fully before storing. Keeping your stretching equipment in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight will help preserve flexibility and prevent the materials from degrading between sessions.

Using Fitness Bands Safely

Before each use, inspect your resistance bands for any small nicks or tears. Even a barely visible split can worsen under tension, so it is better to replace a band early than to risk it snapping mid-session.

To ensure longevity, avoid stretching the bands beyond three times their original length and keep them away from sharp objects. Using the bands on smooth surfaces will also help prevent premature wear.

These habits apply equally to fitness bands used for strength work and to lighter bands chosen for safe exercises for knees and gentle mobility routines. Consistent care keeps the rubber elastic and dependable over many months of use.

Common Questions

Quick answers to the three questions we hear most often from shoppers comparing our myofascial release tools, fitness bands, and support gear.

Q Which foam roller is best for a beginner?

A We recommend starting with a medium-density smooth roller. It provides enough pressure to be effective without being overly intense as your body adjusts to myofascial release. Once you are comfortable, you can progress to a textured muscle massage roller for more targeted work on muscle knots and tight areas.

Q Are your resistance bands suitable for seniors?

A Yes, we offer light-tension bands that are excellent for senior mobility and gentle strength maintenance. They are easy to grip and provide a manageable level of resistance, making them a good fit for stretching for beginners and safe exercises for knees at a steady pace.

Q How do I know if a knee support sleeve will fit?

A Measure the circumference of your knee at the centre of the kneecap while standing. Match this measurement to the chart on our mobility support page for the most accurate fit. If your measurement sits between two sizes, choose the smaller option for firmer support during activity, or the larger for extended wear.
